Welcome to the ss Rotterdam. My name is Captain Kaap and together with my friends I would like to welcome you on board! Would you like to see our ship with a tour? Do you want to sleep on a cruise ship? Are you looking for a great idea for a lecture or assignment? Or do you like games? Come see my ship!

Kids tour

The Sea Breeze Deluxe Tour is ideal for children. You will receive the Small Captain’s Passport with questions and fun puzzles and learn the morse code on the go, or play a game on the Shuffleboard! You can also watch a short movie in the Experience Center! The tour costs €8 and you can book the tour at the hotel reception.

Even for adults, The Sea Breeze Deluxe Touris a real experience! While the wind blows through your hair, the children go on a journey of discovery with their own special Little Captain’s Passport. Meanwhile, the adults are swept along by fascinating stories and trivia via their own audiophone on the same route. For young and old alike, this tour promises to be an unforgettable adventure full of surprises and learning moments!

Have you always wanted to sleep on a big cruise ship? Come stay aboard the ss Rotterdam. There is plenty to do here and there are special hotel rooms where you can sleep with the whole family!

Our Family Rooms are perfect for the whole family. This spacious and attractively decorated family room can accommodate two adults and two children (ages 3 to 12). The Family Room XL can even accommodate three captains!

Kids Check-in

At check-in, children up to age 12 will receive a coloring page and a bottle mail to send to grandparents, for example! This way you can let them know how much fun you are having on the ship!

Kids crafting

Are you coming aboard during one of the school vacations? Then you can craft the most beautiful creations with us on board at the Kids Club. Discover a world full of creativity and fun on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday afternoons during school vacations. Our enthusiastic ship hosts are eager to help make crafts! Playroom

“Ship ahoy, we’re taking off!” Make up the most exciting stories and have the greatest adventures in our Kids Play Room on the Main Deck. Will you come play in the playroom of Captain Cape and his friends? Mom and Dad can enjoy a snack and drink around the corner, in the Captains Lounge!

Flag scavenger hunt

The flag scavenger hunt is especially for the little captains staying on board! Find all the flags scattered on the decks and solve the scavenger hunt! Children up to 12 years old get the flag scavenger hunt during school vacations at the special kids check-in!
