Executive Boardrooms

The Executive Boardrooms are located on the Main Deck and the Sun Deck. All conference rooms offer free wireless internet, air conditioning and views of Rotterdam’s harbour or skyline. In addition, the Executive Boardrooms are equipped with design furniture and modern equipment. The exclusivity and size of the meeting rooms make the Executive Boardrooms suitable for various business meetings.

Main Deck

The meeting rooms on the Main Deck are larger than the meeting rooms on the Sun Deck, the maximum capacity is 60 persons in theater set-up. On the Main Deck it is also possible to choose  school, u-shape, meeting and banquet set-ups. In addition, the boardrooms on the Main Deck can be used as breakout rooms at congresses.

Sun Deck

The meeting rooms at the Sun Deck are smaller than the meeting rooms on the Main Deck, the maximum capacity is 17 persons in a meeting session. In addition, it is possible to choose for a u-shape set-up. At the Sun Deck you will also find the luxurious Business Lounge.
