We understand that the prevailing virus raises the necessary questions. From the ss Rotterdam we closely follow all guidelines of the RIVM, the GGD and the Dutch Government. This means that we have had to close our catering establishments on board since Tuesday 15 December until further notice. However, we are happy to continue to welcome guests to our hotel on board. We can offer our guests the option of having breakfast, lunch and dinner taken away at our restaurant Lido Grill. Besides that, we are now allowed to receive our guests, also the ones who don’t stay at the hotel, at our beautifull Lido Terrace from 12.00 p.m. until 18.00 p.m. .
In addition to this drastic measure, we would like to keep guests informed about other measures that have been taken. For more information about all measures and what we do for your safety on board, read this page carefully.

Is the ss Rotterdam open?
Yes, the ss Rotterdam is open! We look forward to welcoming you to our hotel and at our Lido Terrace. However, the following outlets on board the ss Rotterdam have been closed from December 15, 2020 to June, 9 2021: Lido Grill, Captains Lounge, Ocean Wine Bar, Tours and Escape Rooms. Also children’s parties can’t take place at this time.
It has been mandatory since October 14, 2020 to wear a protecting face mask in the public areas on board the ss Rotterdam. Face masks are provided on board (if necessary) for free.
Our terrace will be open at April 28th. Please contact our staff at firstname.lastname@example.org to make an appointment.
The ss Rotterdam is happy to welcome hotel guests on board.
Restaurants & bars
The Ocean Wine Bar, Captains Lounge and Lido Grill restaurant have been closed since December 15. So take the ss Rotterdam at home with our special Take Away and a unique experience is guaranteed!
Our Escape Rooms are closed.

Can I cancel my reservation (free of charge)?
Different conditions apply to every reservation. You will find the conditions that apply to your booking in the confirmation that you have received from our Reservation Department or from the travel agent with whom you have booked. How can I reach the ss Rotterdam?
Most of our employees work from home. They will make sure that all questions are answered by email as soon as possible. To limit the waiting time on the phone, we ask you to ask all questions as much as possible by e-mail (email@example.com).
Is it possible that my reservation will go ahead?
At this time, only the hotel reservations can go ahead. We look forward to welcoming you to our hotel. Also children’s parties can’t take place at this time.
